Taksim City was a great choice for my stay in Istanbul. The location was convenient, close to the metro and taxi services. The staff were friendly and quick during check-in and check-out. The private towel provided was a nice touch. I enjoyed the nice views from the balcony, especially during sunset. The reliable free wifi was a bonus.

Even though there were a few drawbacks mentioned in the database, such as the steep slope and narrow road leading to the hostel, I found that the friendly staff and convenient amenities compensated for these minor inconveniences. This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the location was fantastic - just a stone's throw away from Taksim Square and the city center. It was so convenient being able to walk everywhere without any hassle. Secondly, the staff were absolutely amazing. They were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure that all guests were well taken care of. Lastly, I really appreciated the attention to detail in the basic amenities provided. The rooms with a terrace were a lovely touch, and the breakfast spread was absolutely delicious.

The lack of comfortable common areas to socialize with other guests, but it was not a major issue.
